If you’re anything like me, you’re hanging on by a thread. Take a deep breath and make a plan to relax.
What’s been going on this week? What has you stressed out? Can you pass that along to someone else to work on?
If you’re like me, you’re a perfectionist, and that causes you a great deal of stress. There’s no need for that! One thing that I have committed myself to doing recently is self-care. Now this doesn’t need to be a big fancy spa or anything like that. I have been doing things like using shower steamers with essential oils in the shower. A face mask once a week. Using the fancy candles just because.

It doesn’t have to be expensive, it just has to be FOR YOU.
I encourage you to commit to something like this, and if the things I’m doing don’t work for you, that’s ok! Maybe you want to exercise daily because that’s what you like. Great, do that instead! Whatever self-care means to you, that’s what you should do. Make a commitment to yourself and follow through with it.
