Hey, we survived another week! If you are anything like me, you weren’t sure you were going to. I think we all need a prize for surviving!
So have a cookie:
Those are peanut butter and marshmallow fluff cookies. Ever had a fluffernutter sandwich? That’s what these cookies are based off, and I have to admit they are pretty good. This recipe was a little bit of an experiment, but they are growing on me. You have to “stuff” the cookie dough with the marshmallow fluff and boy is that a messy process.
I’m settling in with a book and a few of these cookies, and preparing for a bit of a sad day. This time of year is a little sad for me, and I’m hoping these cookies make it pass a little bit easier.
