We made it through another week! Hooray!
What I’ve been working on this week is maintaining a positive attitude. In addition, I am trying to cultivate an “attitude of gratitude,” which sounds like it’s fake. And maybe it is, I don’t know.

What I’m trying to do is recognize small things and be grateful for them. The sun is shining? Amazing. I really enjoyed a book? Awesome. I found a new snack? Excellent.
Yes, it might be silly. But to me, it’s a reminder that even when things are tough, there are always good things too. Those good things might be small, but small doesn’t mean they don’t exist. And small things can have a big impact.
