Another week has gone by! There are weeks that fly by and there are weeks that don’t. This one coming up feels like it’s going to fly.
I like to bake, which is probably pretty obvious at this point. I like to make goodies for my dad’s friends for various holidays. Since Easter is coming up, I’ve got to figure out what I’m making, the logistics of how to plan for it all, and then bake it all. I’m thinking of making various kinds of bars, like lemon bars, brownies, magic cookie bars, and the like. I’m taking suggestions if you want to make one!
No such luck in getting an extra day off for Easter, so I’ll have to fit it into a day or two. It’s all about the planning! I have a friend who says they have never seen anyone plan baking the way I do, and I take that as a compliment. I’m organized, what can I say?
